In the upper right hand corner, click “Login.” Click “Lost your password?” Enter your email address and click Reset Password. An email will be sent to you with further instructions on how to reset your password.

Nope! Discovering practitioners is completely free. If you do decide to work with a practitioner for a 1:1 session, group session, or any other type of service listed on The Well Well, you’ll coordinate directly with them on pricing and payment.
To get in touch with practitioners, click the “Send Message” button on their profile and you will be taken to our direct messaging system.
Currently the Well Well does not have a booking system that allows you to book directly through the website. If you are interested in a session with a practitioner, please reach out them via our direct messaging system to coordinate dates and times.
Our search function helps you find the perfect practitioner. Struggling with anxiety? Search by need. Want a Health Coach? Search by practitioner type. Also feel free to browse using the category buttons on the homepage. Be on the lookout for a quiz that will give you a personalized list of practitioners who match your needs!
Go to thewellwell.co and click “Sign Up.” Click “Searching for a Healer” to create your free user profile.
Great question! The easiest way to find practitioners is to type in what you are looking for on the home page. You can also click “Browse Practitioners” at the top of page to go to the practitioner directory where you can use our advanced filtering system to find the perfect match.
After your session, go to the practitioner’s profile and click on the session you attended. Scroll to the bottom to the “Add Review” section. Make sure you are logged in to submit your review!
We don’t believe in taking a percentage of your hard earned bookings! With The Well Well, you pay a monthly/annual subscription fee.
Go to thewellwell.co and click “Sign Up.” Click “A Healer for Others” to begin setting up your practitioner profile.
Not only are potential clients able to reach out to you through our direct messaging system but your website, email address, and any social media links will be listed right on your profile so they have plenty of options!
There are no options for potential clients to book/pay directly through The Well Well website. They can reach out to you via direct message and you can coordinate times and dates with them using your desired method/platform.

We believe in creating a safe and authentic community. With that comes the responsibility to ensure all of our practitioners are who they claim to be. We do this through a third party ID Verification system called Persona. Please follow the verification steps to ensure your profile is approved.
To edit or delete listings, go to your Dashboard and navigate to the “My Listings” section. Click on Active to view all of your active listings. Find the listing in question and either click edit or delete.
Once you have completed your profile, the Well Well team will review and cross-check the information entered. If we have any questions or concerns, we will reach out to you. If you are good to go, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you that your profile has been published.
