This 6 month program is for anyone wanting to hit reset on their health. I have worked with clients who have digestive issues, low energy, trouble losing weight, and difficulty managing stress. In 6 months, clients have seen:
– Bloating dissipated
– Digestive health symptoms relieved (bloating, gas, diarrhea, constipation, inflammation)
– Excess weight shed
– Supportive practices built into daily life to reduce stress and nourish mind & body
We will start by assessing your current wellness concerns, using these to create 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month goals. Throughout the program, we will work towards these goals by breaking them down into achievable action steps and addressing any obstacles or barriers that we encounter along the way. Sessions are a safe place for clients to process, get to the root of symptoms, and ask questions.
Over the course of 6 months, I typically meet with clients twice a month, or more depending on what would best support your needs. I am available to you during business hours M-F via text or email, and often check in with my clients outside sessions to provide extra accountability and support.
