Reiki Energy Balancing is the incredible magic of completely transforming your life. I work to combine my knowledge of modern neuroscience with a thorough understanding of the subtle energy centers in your body to drop you into a state of deep relaxation, allowing you to open to messages from beyond the conscious mind to create new ways of living. Prior to our session there is an intake and assessment of your needs. During the session while you relax, I lightly guide my hands to different parts of the body to target and direct this flow. After the session I relay the messages I received and offer additional supports to continue in the days and weeks after.
