Awakened Awareness is one 90-minute life coaching session to receive extra support + guidance on a specific topic or goal, or revisit a topic/goal after completing a previous coaching program. This is a great option to help you feel ready to start your journey before committing to a longer coaching program.

This hour is for you, for whatever you need in this moment.

What’s included:

* one 90-minute session in person (local to the Parker, CO area) or virtual (via Google Meet)
* a non-judgmental, safe space to work through ‘that thing’ that’s been heavy on your heart & feel completely supported
* written overview of our session to serve as a roadmap for your goals
* unlimited support for the week following our session – text, emails, messages – to answer your questions or address your needs
* a personal check-in 3 days following our session for that extra accountability
