Consistent Clarity is twelve 60-minute sessions where you can commit fully to the coaching process + make the changes you have longed to make. By experiencing my signature program of the radical self-care empowerment, you will work through old programs, limiting beliefs, + blockages holding you back. Throughout the three months, you will learn techniques to reduce your overall stress level, align yourself mind, body, spirit, + emotions, which will lead to create lasting change in your life.

You will receive guided lessons to build awareness + connect to your higher self.

What’s included:
* a free discovery call (30-minutes) to see if we are a good fit
* twelve weekly 60-minute sessions in person (local to the Parker, CO area) or virtual (via Google Meet)
* soul work in between sessions (worksheets, journaling prompts, + other resources personalized for your unique journey)
* a nonjudgemental, safe space to work through ‘that thing’ that’s been heavy on your heart & feel completely supported
* written overview of our sessions to serve as a roadmap for your goals
* a personal check-in 3 days following our session for that extra accountability
* unlimited support for the week following our session – text, emails, messages – to answer your questions or address your needs
