These single sessions are intuitively channeled and custom cultivated to you and your intentions, combining elements of breathwork, holy fire reiki, practical + intuitive coaching to support you through whatever you’re currently navigating and aligning you with your most empowered, authentic self and highest timeline!

Holy Fire® Reiki is a powerful and gentle technique which provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance. This type of reiki is a higher level of consciousness than Usui, which provides deeper, more powerful healing and transformation.

We will begin our session with a conversation, where we’ll talk about your intention, where you’re at now and what you’re currently experiencing or not experiencing that you’d like to shift. This will also help to determine which experience would benefit you most. From there, we’ll do a short breathwork practice which will the seamlessly flow into a deeply healing and meditative state where I’ll activate your guided reiki experience.

We’ll then move into our coaching portion.

You can expect to feel clear, calm, relaxed yet energized, and an openness to receive intuitive guidance and clarity to your most pressing questions or current challenges regarding your business, health, relationships, and life overall, the release of old energies from past lifetimes, and be able to pin-point your next steps. Not only that, but you’ll be walking away with a channeled blueprint of exactly what to do and how to take action!
