I wish something like this existed when I was looking for what to do after my 4th abnormal pap smear when I was feeling anxious about my future fertility and then later when I stopped taking the pill and I needed to figure out what to do about the cramps that came back. (I did eventually figure out how to prevent the cramps, but dang would it have been nice to know how to help my body transition off the pill.)

Cycle Strategy Sessions are one-time, 60-minute education & coaching sessions. These bespoke, private video calls are particularly great for anyone:

• who has a specific menstrual or hormonal concern (maybe you’ve just received some health news) and wants help strategizing how to proceed.

There are a lot of things that can get in the way of creating a menstrual or fertility awareness practice. For starters, devoting time every day to paying attention and listening to your body can feel very counterintuitive at first. A lifetime of being made to feel that your period is dirty and your cervical mucus is gross means that before you can even start tracking your biomarkers, you might need to address some feelings like shame and resistance. Because neither of those things is true.
