In pelvic floor physical therapy there is no such thing as TMI. We have heard and seen it all and can assure you that you are not alone. Your pelvic floor muscles support your bowel, bladder & sexual functions. You need your pelvic floor to be working at an optimal level to enjoy sex, use the bathroom comfortably and exercise without pain or leaking.
