HOW IT WORKS
The Simplified Health System works in three phases. We’ll start where you’re at and move towards a lifestyle full of healthy habits and lots of joy. We start with goal setting before diving into mindset work and habit changes. This process gives you space to move toward your goals in a manageable way that can be maintained in the long term.
Over 4 months, we will meet biweekly for 1:1 coaching sessions over Zoom. Based on what we discuss, I will provide an individualized blueprint with tools, techniques and next steps.
This program works because it’s completely customized to your goals and your lifestyle. We make changes that are sustainable and impactful based on your wants and needs. I provide guidance and support every step of the way toward a healthier lifestyle.
